๐ŸŽ‰ ANNIVERSARY SERIES – THOUGHT 10 OF 12 Facing Yourself: What Are You Avoiding? ๐Ÿชž๐Ÿ๐Ÿชœ

As we continue this journey…

Starting now until Friday, April 17, we’re sharing 12 thoughtful questions centered on healing as a journey.

Today, we go a little deeper.
Not outside… but within.

Shadow work.

๐ŸŽค Vox Pop: Honest Reactions

If we asked people:

๐Ÿ‘‰ “Do you truly understand yourself?”

What would we hear?

  • “Yes, I know who I am.”

  • “I’m still figuring things out.”

  • “I don’t like overthinking.”

  • “Some things are better left alone.”

And that last one…

That’s where today’s thought begins.

๐Ÿชž The Part We Don’t Talk About

We all have sides of ourselves we don’t easily show:

  • Past experiences we avoid

  • Habits we excuse

  • Emotions we suppress

  • Patterns we repeat without questioning

These are not always visible.

But they influence:

  • How we react

  • How we relate

  • How we heal

๐Ÿ The Hidden Snake

The challenge is not that these parts exist.

The challenge is when they remain unexamined.

Because what we ignore doesn’t disappear…

It often shows up as:

  • Triggers

  • Unexplained anger

  • Fear or insecurity

  • Repeated unhealthy patterns

And without awareness…

We keep landing on the same square. ๐Ÿ

๐Ÿชœ Shadow Work: A Different Kind of Ladder

Shadow work is not about blaming yourself.

It is about understanding yourself.

It asks simple—but uncomfortable—questions like:

  • Why do I react this way?

  • What am I avoiding?

  • What patterns keep repeating in my life?

We explored this deeper here:

Because sometimes, healing doesn’t come from doing more…

It comes from looking within.

⚖️ Not Easy, But Necessary

Let’s be honest:

This is not the easiest part of the journey.

It requires:

  • Honesty

  • Reflection

  • Willingness to confront discomfort

But it also creates:

  • Clarity

  • Growth

  • Emotional freedom

Today’s Thoughtful Questions

Pause… and be real with yourself:

  • What part of yourself do you avoid thinking about?

  • Are there patterns in your life you don’t fully understand?

  • What triggers you—and have you ever asked why?

  • Do you reflect on your actions… or just move on?

  • What might change if you faced yourself honestly?

๐ŸŽฏ Anniversary Reflection

In this journey of healing…

Not every ladder is external.

Some of the most important ones…

are within.

Because growth is not just about what we do—

but what we understand about ourselves.

This is Thought 10 of 12.

Stay with us—one question at a time… ๐Ÿชœ

๐Ÿ’ฌ Let’s Talk

Have you ever taken time to reflect deeply on your habits, triggers, or emotions—and what did you discover?

๐Ÿ‘‡ Share in the comments. Your honesty might help someone else begin their inner journey.

Premature ejaculation occur when a man expel semen immediately with minimal penile stimulation. The question is how premature is premature in sex when some individuals enjoy quickie. So premature is a function of both party having the intercourse but according to International society of Sexual Medicine, they define premature as ejaculation less than one minute after penetration. So no matter how much you love quickie, if you don't last more than a minute in bed then it's abnormal. Maybe you're suffering from premature ejaculation. The statistic of men sufferring from it should scare you, 1 out of every 3 men between the ages of 18 - 59 suffers from it. This should give some concern and hope knowing you're not along in it. Although ejaculation is a reflex action controlled by the central nervous system, when the penis is trapped with blood, it causes an erection. ...

PrEP vs. Other HIV Prevention Strategies: Education, Condom Use, and Behavioral Choices

While Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) is a highly effective pharmaceutical approach to preventing HIV, it is important to recognize that there are other methods of prevention that can work in tandem or serve as alternatives. These include education, consistent condom use, monogamy, avoiding unprotected sex, and abstinence. Each method has its own benefits and drawbacks, and understanding how they compare can help individuals make more informed choices about their sexual health.   1. Education and Awareness: The Foundation of Prevention Education plays a critical role in preventing the spread of HIV. Knowledge about how HIV is transmitted, the risks of unprotected sex, and the importance of using preventive measures like condoms can significantly reduce the likelihood of infection. Programs that focus on safe sexual practices —including correct condom use, understanding HIV status, and avoiding high-risk behaviors—are essential components of a comprehensive HIV prevention strategy. ...
