The 3 A's of a Health relationship

 Health is the state of physical, mental and social well being not just the absence of disease or infirmities (WHO). Today we are going to discuss social well being as an aspect of health and see possible practice to make it stay healthy.   Unlike other certificate, marriage certificate is given on the first day of the marriage. Why is that so? I believe the concept of marriage is not something one most acquire years of knowledge on before engaging in one, it's like learning on the Job. One don't stop learning in the marriage institution, therefore, a certificate is awarded on the first day of marriage. Economics already believe human needs are insatiable which means  it is difficult to satisfy humans in all accept. You might be good in bed yet she believes you aren't good enough, you could understand her love language and you are not giving much. One keeps learning about there relationship or marriages; so don't feel embarrassed if you are not getting your relationship

Steam therapy

 One of the common symptom of major ailment including the nobel covid-19 is flu. Sneezing and running nose mucus and sometimes the cough of mucus is common to flu.  Steam therapy do not completely help kill the germs (virus or microorganism) that cause the flu, but give relief and help the body heal faster. Steam therapy also called steam inhaling is simply done by boil hot water, place the water in a bow and cover ones head with a towel to the boiled water. One should  go atleast 8 -12 inches close to the hot water in other to inhale the steam. One also needs to be extra careful while doing it to avoid the hot water spilling on ones body. This could lead to hot water bath burn. It is advised to supervise children to avoid burn from the process. One could inhale the steam for 2 to 3 minutes but maximally, 15 minutes of steam inhaling is enough. They are other gases one inhales in African Traditional medicine (ATM).
