International women day (A gift to your women)

The international day of women was celebrated two days ago the 8 of March and I must say, women are really trying to bridge the gap between the role of men and women in the society.

We see women that take Jobs that we literally termed as a man's Job. Women riding tricycle, motorcycle, taxi in the name of Uber and even the normal cab taxi, women aren't shying away from that. They have proven what a man can do, a woman can do better.

I really want to give it up for the single mothers and widows who has taken up the responsibilities of what husband's are wired to do. I always believe they are roles that comes naturally to a man in a marriage relationship. Roles like leadership, provision, protections and in religion, a priest. Just for easy, if you are in Africa, please marry a man you share the same religious faith with. Gender equality and freedom of right haven't been sealed in Africa

But not with standing, if women wins the battle of taking over the role of a man in society, don't let it shock you, I have seen a female mechanic and also a female president. And also the role of a man in the home, in the place of leadership, provision, protection and priesthood (converting the children after her own religion). She cannot take the place of a man's genitals.

Unless you are a hermaphrodite, even if you are, you can't satisfy yourself. Your sexuality must be identified when it comes to pleasing one another. I'm đź’Ż% straight, but I heard even in the gay world, the roles of men and women are defined. Someone could have a male genitals and claims a female in sexuality e.g. transgender, but when the subject of sexuality is involved, we forget gender inequality campaign.

We understand health is a state of mental, social and physical well being not just the absence of disease, we really would want you to have a healthy social relationship with your woman, that's a more reason we give some tips. We were generous enough to share some secrets with the women. Check out our post on My Episode after Child Birth.

Today is about men pleasing women, to draw the line against gender inequality. You can take equality in a lot of things but not in men pleasing a woman. There's a secret know to the Africans called kunyaza. It doesn't involve the use of any herbal products but just a skill that I would briefly share with guys that are lucky to find this blog. After all the noise of gender equality and all other campaign, you should still hold the heavy weight title in your bed where the march happens.

Kunyaza is an ancient technique discovered by East-Africans the Rwanda's or Uganda's. They are given to giving women orgasm. Kunyaza literally means to urinate, but in this case, to make a woman squirt. The technique is simple, it is satisfying a woman without penetration. Just using your erected penis to massage the walls of the clitoris, starting from outside to the inside. I would not want to explain it in details because of some policy violation. But if you have this technique, your role as a man would always be cherished and no gender equality can usurp that position.

I really appreciate women for the effort in doing thing some of us believe women aren't wired for. Especially widows and single mum. You are wonder-women. Happy International women's day.

PrEP vs. Other HIV Prevention Strategies: Education, Condom Use, and Behavioral Choices

While Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) is a highly effective pharmaceutical approach to preventing HIV, it is important to recognize that there are other methods of prevention that can work in tandem or serve as alternatives. These include education, consistent condom use, monogamy, avoiding unprotected sex, and abstinence. Each method has its own benefits and drawbacks, and understanding how they compare can help individuals make more informed choices about their sexual health.   1. Education and Awareness: The Foundation of Prevention Education plays a critical role in preventing the spread of HIV. Knowledge about how HIV is transmitted, the risks of unprotected sex, and the importance of using preventive measures like condoms can significantly reduce the likelihood of infection. Programs that focus on safe sexual practices —including correct condom use, understanding HIV status, and avoiding high-risk behaviors—are essential components of a comprehensive HIV prevention strategy. ...

The Benefits of False Unicorn Root for Enhanced Reproductive Health

Maternal mortality remains a critical public health issue in Nigeria, where thousands of women lose their lives during childbirth due to preventable complications. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), Nigeria accounts for nearly 20% of global maternal deaths, with an estimated 512 maternal deaths per 100,000 live births as of recent reports. This crisis was highlighted by the tragic case of Mrs. Grace Ekpenyong, the Deputy Governor of Akwa Ibom State, who passed away while giving birth, along with her child.
