TCM Nigeria

TCM Nigeria according to this blog simply means traditional Chinese medicine, practiced in Nigeria. Unlike other websites which focus on cables and cable connectors like RJ45, RJ11 cable connectors. These are connectors that help computers and telephones communicate. The RJ45 connector can be crimped in two ways, we have the straight through crimping which allow computer network devices to communicate along a network and a crossover cable crimp which only allows two computers to communicate with one another. Networking is a big feed of ICT and tcmnigeria.net have tons of details on it. But this website focuses on traditional or alternative Nigerian practice to getting well and preventing illness.

We explore Phytotherapy and the way it is administered in Nigeria for healthier living. One of the most common tree found in Nigeria is the moringa oleifera tree which is a very good remedy for crashing blood sugar and it is very nutritious. It helps prevent noma disease which is one of the sicknesses ravaging young poor malnourished kids in Nigeria that disfigures its victims faces due to lack of vital vitamins and minerals in the body. This could be prevented by taking moringa. It doesn't cost a dime to purchase, all you need is go outside and plug the leave or seed and apply it as stipulated on our blog. We have a post where we discussed Neem tree commonly called dogonyanro tree; Africa's number one antibiotics and also Garcinia kola commonly know as bitter kola, one of the best therapy for cough. You really need to subscribe and follow our blog to keep yourself abreast with what we offer. One of our important post is on palm wine and measles. Though we have measles vaccine but somehow, people still contact it and we have no specific chemotherapy to treating mealses just supportive treatment to help reduce the symptoms like the ravaging covid 19 pandemic. Measles is a respiratory disease just like the covid-19, although we have a vaccine for measles, covid-19 vaccine is still yet to be massed produced. Dexamethasone is not a chemotherapy for covid-19 but a supportive treatment to help those in the acute stage. The doctors just provide supportive care to help the body heal itself. Palm wine could also be considered as a supportive therapy for measles; maybe you should take a look at our post on palm wine and measles to get an understanding of what we are trying to communicate. Palm wine could help as a supportive therapy in letting the body heal itself.

TCM Nigeria is not turning anyone to a self healing doctor or discouraging the practice of orthodox medicine. Please make sure you read the disclaimer before you subscribe. It would help one keep some of the healthy practices of our grandparents in staying healthy which is cheaper compared to the treatment we subscribe to these days. I want to believe it have minimal side effects because the medicines are gotten from fruits and herbs and our grandparents who subscribed to it, had longer life expectancy than what we have today.

Moringa seed cures and lower high blood pressure when regularly eaten or/and oral ingestion. But this is a very sensitive therapy process, cause if the high blood pressure is not well monitored by a professional therapist or Doctor, the blood pressure can be lowered below normal, which is a very dangerous situation . It is more difficult to increase blood pressure than to lower blood pressure.

Kindly consult a professional therapist or Doctor for all medical issues and assistance. Health is wealth.

Understanding CPR: A Lifesaving Skill Everyone Should Learn

The tragic passing of popular Nigerian actor John Paul Odonwodo, known as Junior Pope, in April 2024, serves as a stark reminder of the importance of emergency preparedness and the life-saving skill of CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation). Junior Pope's untimely death, reportedly due to drowning while returning from a movie shoot, highlights a critical need for greater awareness and training in CPR across Nigeria. While initial reports suggested he was resuscitated, this incident underscores a vital point: effective CPR can mean the difference between life and death. Unfortunately, many people in Nigeria lack the knowledge and training necessary to perform this life-saving technique.   What is CPR? CPR is a combination of chest compressions and rescue breaths aimed at restoring blood flow and oxygen to the brain and vital organs when someone's heartbeat has stopped or they have stopped breathing.
