Liver flush is the process of cleaning the liver of gallstone. It is very beneficial to body because it improves the digestive system and helps to relieve pains from shoulders, arms, back and also improves ones general well being.

Liver flush is always preceded by taking in apple juice(It could also be accompany with vegetables) two or three days before the flush. Liver flush is recommended to be done twice a year and it is recommended that one tries to eliminate any bacteria to enable the flush to clean lots of gallstones. We are to start from the month or teeth. We should ensure the teeth is free from bacterial or free metals. The procedure for the flush is not surgical at all, all you need to do is mix the following substances in accurate proportion.

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil Extra Virgin (= 1.25 dl)
  • 1 Big grapefruit (2 small) (Or 3 lemons)
  • 4 tablespoon EPSOM salts = ( MgSO4 + 7H2O)
  • (EPSOM salts = Magnesium Sulphate = EPSOMITE = Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate)
  • 3 cups water (=750 dl)
  • 1/2 Cup Classic Coke (Optional - for taste only).

The kidney which was mentioned above helps to detoxify the body by removing toxins in the blood stream and discharging them through urine. The kidney could be flushed in simple ways. Here are the following substances that could be use for the process.

  • Water: Drinking plenty of pure water is the first step to effective flush. The others provide additional cleansing.
  • Cranberry Juice: It is being taught that cranberry juice helps to fight against urinary track infection possibly by decreases adhesion of bacteria to the bladder or the urinary track.
  • Beet Juice: This decrease acidity of the urine. And remove calcium phosphate from the kidney which prevent the kidney against kidney stones,
  • Lemon Juice: It also prevent kidney stones by increasing the citrate level of the urine.
  • Juice cleansing: The kidney could also be cleansed by fruit or vegetable juice.
  • Home made cleansing: people also prepare juice made from Apple, Lemons and venegar to cleanse the kidney.
