Calorie Balance (Calories in calories out)

We know we eat to get energy and it's measured in Calories. Just a quick reminder of elementary science. When one eats, food is being digested to glucose, amino-acid etc But glucose give the better energy and it is got from carbohydrate. Through respiration, the broken down compound (glucose) is converted into energy. Excess glucose is store in the liver or body muscles as glycogen to be used later. Here we try to examine the food one eat and energy it produces. If this energy is not consumed (or burnt out), it adds up to the body fat.

These are food we consume and the amount of energy it produces to the body. if we don't burn out most of the energy, it could be a little harmful to our body because of obesity. We burn out energy every time as long as we live. Most of the process in our body and organs uses energy. But we burn out excess calories if we do more strenuous activities. Simple activities like choosing to take the stairs rather than the lift, walking to  riding on a bike to distance less than 5 miles. one could intensify it by religiously doing workout (e.g. register in the gym).

But if I were you, I'll like to cut down on my appetite by using Garcinia Cambogia. It helps control the impulse that sends the urge to eat. It takes 3,500 calories to produce 1 pound (0.45kg) of fat. You would need 3,500 calories more than you take in to lose 1 pound. So, in general, if you cut 500 calories from your typical diet each day, you'd lose about 1 pound a week (500 calories x 7 days = 3,500 calories). Garcinia Cambogia don't just limit the impulse to eat, it also restrict the enzymes producing fat to the body. What every approach you use to cut down on the fat, using a TCM supplement is of great advantage. As you workout or limit your diet, your journey towards a calorie balance would be made easier and fast with TCM supplement.

Unfortunately, many people in Nigeria lack the knowledge and training necessary to perform this life-saving technique.   What is CPR? CPR is a combination of chest compressions and rescue breaths aimed at restoring blood flow and oxygen to the brain and vital organs when someone's heartbeat has stopped or they have stopped breathing. It is crucial in various emergencies, not just drowning but also in cases of cardia...
