TCM is an acronym for Traditional Chinese Medicine this is an unorthodox therapy for treating and maintaining special kinds of ailment. It promotes life-style for prevention and also administers pharmaceutical prepared medicine to help maintain and treat such ailment. The ailment includes hypertension, diabetics, ulcer, HIV etc. This ailment are special because they have no permanent cure but can be maintain through orthodox chemotherapy.
The aim of this blog is to promote healthy life style and explore traditional ways of curbing these special kinds of sicknesses. We shall also explore healthy diets, exercising, natural skin care tips and some health tips to help increase life expectancies. We shall also talk about the health benefit of some traditional herbs and mushrooms like Moringa, Aloe Vera, Hemp, Ginseng etc.
